Last Monday, I ditched my normal routine and zipped down to Georgetown to capture Mike & Sarah’s Engagement session! Once I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest pups, Quinn & Maddison. You all know I am a softy when it comes to pets so I was thrilled to find out Mike & Sarah decided to bring their gals along for their shoot. We explored downtown Georgetown along the Potomac and it turned out to be such a gorgeous, warm October day! Sarah led us to down cobblestone alleys that lined the prettiest canals- it was like we weren’t even in Georgetown anymore! I adored all the sweet details from their shoot- from her gorgeous tulle skirt, to her bundle of wildflowers to the old wooden Georgetown boat that floated in the background. It was beautiful. We ended the shoot in a very non-traditional fashion, under a fountain! Mike dipped his future wife underneath the arching fountain and it looked like something out of a movie- simply stunning! Love! Mike & Sarah are tying the knot next July here in Westminster and I cannot wait to capture their special day for them!
