Good morning and Happy Tuesday everyone! I am so excited because this week the blog is going to be jam packed with gorgeous engagement sessions & wrapping up with an unforgettable wedding! Today, we are featured Dustin and Robyn’s Old Town Alexandria engagement session! After rescheduling their session from this summer due to mother nature down pouring on us right as the session was supposed to start, we ended up with a GORGEOUS perfect fall morning. I instantly fell in love with these two… They are both so unbelievably kind and sweet! (Not to mention Robyn follows other incredible photographers I love giving us something extra to bond over!!) We explored Alexandria and I felt like I had transported back to Charleston- the bright colored historic buildings, the cobblestone streets, the charm- all we were missing was the Spanish moss!

Dustin proposed to Robyn during their vacation to Kauai, Hawaii! On their first official day of the vacation, they zipped down to the beach after dinner to stargaze. After fidgeting with our camera for a few minutes, Dustin sat down next to Robyn and asked her to spend the rest of her life with him. After he proposed, Robyn asked if any one at home knew that he was planning to propose. He told her that a few weeks earlier, when she thought he was on a boys golfing trip, he was actually up in New York asking her whole family (including her 100 year old grandma) for their permission!! CUE ALL THE TEARS! How perfect!! I know you all will fall in love with these two like I have! xo
