Happy Wedding Friday, everyone! Last Saturday I zipped down to Chestertown, Maryland to capture the bayside wedding of Connor & Nina! Connor & Nina met at Washington College, where they both work, and after a few years of knowing each other they decided to make things official. These two tied the knot at The Point at Chesapeake Farms, a private estate along the Chester River! It was the most gorgeous fall nautical wedding that was filled with warm burgundy tons, personalized crab mallets, and my very first Sip & See! (For anyone who is wondering what a “sip and see” is, it is when important women in the bride’s life come to the house before the wedding to have a light brunch and mimosas with the brides before see walks down the aisle! A Southern tradition I fell in love with instantly!) Connor & Nina exchanged rings overlooking the water with Nina’s father officiating- a sweet moment that had everyone’s hearts filled with such joy.
The whole day was an absolute dream! Connor & Nina, I am so excited to be sharing your wedding on the blog today. I wish you both nothing but love and happiness as you begin this journey as husband and wife. Enjoy these sneak peaks into their lovely fall wedding!!
