Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are enjoying lots of yummy coffee this morning to get you back in your normal work week routine. My weekend was filled with a beautiful wedding at the Historic Antrim 1844, exploring the marshes near our house via paddle boarding and a sunset family session on the beach! It was a lot to fit into one weekend but I am so blessed to be able to call this my life. I am loving every moment of this journey! Thursday evening, I zipped back to Maryland to capture Rob & Amanda’s wedding on Friday and the whole day was absolutely perfect. Classic black tuxes, lovely July weather, hand painted favors and one of my favorite venues- I cannot WAIT to share their entire wedding on the blog Friday! Congratulations Rob & Amanda! Hope you are enjoying your honeymoon!
Rob & Amanda’s Wedding
Saturday morning, I caught an early flight back to South Carolina to spend the rest of the weekend with Eddie. Even though I was ecstatic to have a “weekend off” I was exhausted and just wanted to take a nap from the moment I woke up. Thankfully, Eddie forced me to put on my suit and head down to the marsh for a day of unforgettable paddle boarding. We explored the beautiful marshes together and it was a day I will always remember. We don’t get to spend much time together on the weekends so these simple moments are what I treasure more than anything. A little glimpse into our little adventure is below (Please excuse the iPhone pics!)
Exploring Murrells Inlet
Yesterday, I spent the evening with The Wilkinson Family capturing their family portraits along the shores of Surfside Beach! I have captured this family’s portraits for a while now and its been such a beautiful experience seeing their little family grow over the past few years. One of my very first portrait sessions included this family and I am so appreciative of the love and support they have continuously shown me! Cant wait to be sharing more from their family session later this week!!
