This past weekend was my first 2014 double header weekend (also, ever) and it was filled with so much love & prettiness. I started my busy weekend with a quick trip into the city to capture Chris & Kristin’s engagement session at M&T BANK STADIUM! It was seriously a dream to photograph there & it was kind of surreal being on the field with no one else in the stands. Chris is a dear friend of mine from College and I was beyond thrilled when Kristin reached out to me about capturing their wedding day for them. Its always extra special for me to be apart of the wedding process for friends- to see their love evolve and grow is a beautiful thing. Chris & Kristin will be tying the knot here next year and I. Chris & Kristin’s Engagement

Friday I spent the entire day with Matt & Melanie as they prepared to say their I do’s! Although the entire day was a scorcher, we were happy to have no rain and the most beautiful day for their wedding!  I absolutely adored everything about Matt & Melanie’s big day- from the cattails in her bridal bouquet, to the gorgeous lace details, to their wedding venue that overlooked the most gorgeous view when they said their vows. Sunday morning I packed up the car with my assistant Bri and we headed East! Like I’ve said before I LOVE traveling for weddings so I was thrilled to travel 2 hours away, to the other side of the Chesapeake Bay to be apart of Nick & Holly’s wedding. I have known Holly since we were in College and I can honestly say I have never seen her more happy than she is when she is with Nick. The unconditional love they have for one another is enchanting and admirable.
