Saturday I spent the day with one of the most genuine, kind & full of love couples I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Forbes + Sarah share the most beautiful love & it radiated throughout their entire wedding day. These two tied the knot at Sarah’s parents farm in Finksburg, Maryland and it was GORGEOUS! Absolutely swoon over all the details from this backyard country wedding… from the broaches on her flowers to the rustic crates & bottles that held wildflowers, I was in love from beginning to end. Cannot wait to share more from their special day later this week!

Sunday I woke up extra early to beat the July heat & to photograph the Winner family- Drew, Tara, Avery & Myra! I photographed the Winner family once before, about two years ago, so it was so exciting to see how big Avery has gotten since then and to finally meet the adorable Miss Myra! Its funny how different you have to act as a photographer when capturing portraits of children vs adults… We were saying our A,B,C’s and singing the “Duck Song” (as I call it) to get them to smile and it worked like a charm. Its always a nice break from being so serious to just have a silly shoot…
