Friday marked the beginning of wedding season here at LMP + this weekend definitely didn’t disappoint! If a wedding, two engagement sessions & a wedding consultation in one weekend doesn’t scream busy season I don’t know what does! (Few days in & I’m already LOVING every second!) Friday morning I woke up extra early to finish wedding prep for Mike & Christina’s bayside wedding. Their wedding not only marked the beginning of the 2014 season but also the first time I had the pleasure of working with a second shooter by my side! (Brianna- you did AMAZING, by the way!) Having another person by my side to capture all the candid moments I couldn’t took a huge relief off my shoulders- After seeing Brianna being playful with the flower girls to get them smiling & her eagerness to capture moments on her own (cocktail hour) made me realize I 100% made the right decision having her apart of my second shooting team!

Mike & Christina tied the knot at the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beach Club in Stevensville, Maryland. The entire day was filled with smiles, happy tears & undeniable love. Christina was absolutely breathtaking- Mike was one lucky groom! The light peaked through the clouds during their ceremony that overlooked the bay- seriously, one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. I can’t wait to share more images from their big day on here later this week! But for now… Heres a quick peak!

Saturday morning I met up with Forbes + Sarah to capture their engagement session at the Union Mills Homestead in Westminster, Maryland! These two are the perfect example of sweet, southern love <3 So excited for them to tie the knot this July!

After my session with Forbes + Sarah wrapped up I jumped in the car and headed to meet up with Lucas & Hannah to chat about potentially photographing their wedding next June. After chatting with them for a little I discovered they got engaged in Charleston, South Carolina (One of my FAVORITE places ever!) AH! I got so giddy! We chatted for a hour or so about their venue & other details they have already planned out for their special day (ps they got engaged in April- these two are not wasting any time! My kinda couple!) The most important news… They decided to book me as their photographer! Yay! Welcome to the LMP 2015 Wedding family, Lucas + Hannah <3

Sunday, I finally got to meet Adam + Mariah for their engagement session- I had been communicating with Mariah for months about their wedding & engagement session but this was our first time meeting in person & they were adorable together! We met at their house to start their session with their pup, Bentley, and ended their session at the Farm Museum in Westminster, Maryland. Cant wait to capture their big day next year!
